Thank you for your interest in Nature and Trees in particular. As you know, Trees produce oxygen. While that is only a part of the air we breathe, Trees help keep our global climate clear of toxins, pollutants and higher temperatures.

Scientific research has shown that tree energy can heal and center us. Walking among trees increases serotonin, our hormone that improves mood and reduces stress. Trees also release negative ions which triggers our body’s ability to absorb oxygen and reduces fatigue, giving us cell deep health benefits.

Trees have many ways of healing. Ancestors from all continents honored Trees, using leaf, bark and/or root for healing properties. Certain Trees have lifelong work they do for our planet and their energy is not welcoming for us short-lived humans. Yet, others welcome vital force exchanges. A tree’s vital force exchange offers ancient symbols of peace and longevity. It connects us with Nature and the Divine.

About TreeSpirit Guide: For decades Marisa’s tree work focused on Central California Trees, healing damaged wild and urban Trees through energy exchange and intervention. Pre-Covid, Marisa led wilderness education and skill building sessions for children and adults throughout Tehachapi. She currently leads GATE’s solo and group NIWE sessions (Nature Intensive Wilderness Experiences) about Central California.

Marisa F., an ordained minister, follows an earth-based spirit tradition of her Indigenous Ancestors. Marisa traveled across U.S. mid-2025 and encountered an unimaginable amount of distressed and dying Native Trees in many States. The experience triggered remembrance of an Indigenous prophecy. This pushed her to start in person TreeSpirit Community as a way for others to share the healing power of Trees and obtain stress reduction. Online sessions via Zoom begin Jan 2026.
